The Remedy is a professional high energy classic rock dance band performing music from the 60's- 90's with some oldies and slow dance in the mix. Usuall performance covers 4 hrs., including 2 breaks for the band. Our fees are approximately $250.00/hr depending on type of show and location. We require at least 1 hour minimum for set up and sound check. A 50% deposit is required for all shows when contract is signed and balance paid in cash when
the band arrives at show. All shows require 30 days advanced notice for bookings, unless we have an available opening. All cancellations will require no less than 72 hours before show for full refund of deposit, otherwise deposit is forfitted. All outdoor shows require a rain date, or adequate shelter for a safe performance. The person, group, or organization that signs the contract is responsible for all licenses, permits, and approvals for show. The Remedy also reserves the right to cancel a show for any reason no less than 72 hours before contract date. The Remedy shall not perform under any unsafe conditions what so ever, and shall not be responsible for acts of God, earthquakes, lightning, rain, flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.
